Coaching Tip – Natural Point of Aim

A quick check of your natural point of aim

  1. Get in position, follow you normal breathing process and take aim.
  2. Close your shooting eye and repeat the breathing process with your eye closed.
  3. Open your eye and check if you are still on target
  4. If you are, then you are on target and ready to shoot
  5. If not, re-adjust your position, then go back to 1).
